So we whipped something up that is all of the above - with an added dose of energizing, focusing, and metabolism-boosting plant power! Enjoy as a midday pick-me-up or first thing in the morning as a coffee replacement.
Brain Boost Mylkshake Recipe 1 large frozen banana (or 2 small Puerto Rican guineos) 2 tablespoons Brain Boost 12 oz water
Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add cacao nibs and blend again for 15 seconds. Enjoy slowly, mindfully, and lovingly.
